Persib's Coach Tells About Player Injury

BANDUNG -- Persib Bandung failed to get victory in the first match Liga 1 2022/2023. The match ended 2-2 in Wibawa Mukti Stadium, Bekasi, Ahad (25/7/2022).
Persib's head coach, Robert Rene Alberts said that too many players got injured in this match. He told talked about how poor the players injuries since preseason.
"About the injury of the player, David Da Silva got injured because this is his first match and he feels fatigued because he's abstained too long in the training," said Robert after the match.
Robert said the same things about the new young player, Robi Darwis. He knows that Robi felt fatigue in his debut match. Meanwhile, Beckham has got an ankle injury that makes him play less than half match.
"Robi has his first match and he's also feeling fatigue. Beckham got bumb and ankle injury that bump make it swell," said Robert.
But he's not worried about Beckham's injury, because Beckham could be better in time. Robert hoped players could get better with their injury. For the information, Persib got so many injured players, such as Teja Paku Alam, Victor Igbonefo, Ezra Walian, Febri Hariyadi and Ciro Alves.
"I hope Ezra who feels sick and injury got better, Ciro can also be back in the team, Teja as our first goalkeeper too," said Robert.
But among many players who got injured, Ricky also abstained in this first match. Robert told that Ricky was a new father because his wife was giving birth.
"Ricky is now in Papua because his wife is giving birth and congratulations to Ricky," said Robert.
"If everyone got better, we could play with full team. I hope they can be better and be ready for the next match," said Robert.
